Text Message Terms and Conditions
Zen Community Services LLC · Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Who sends these messages
These terms govern text messages (SMS, short message service) sent by Zen Community Services LLC (“Zen”, “we”, “us”) and by the operating programs it runs.
2. What the program sends
We operate the following messaging programs. Each is separate, and consent to one is not consent to another:
- Internal operations alerts — operational and account notifications sent only to the owner and employees of Zen Community Services LLC: system status, briefing-ready notices, and scheduling changes.
- Customer service messages — replies, appointment confirmations, and reminders sent to people who asked us to contact them.
3. How you give consent
We send text messages only to people who have given us their express prior consent, in one of these ways:
- By checking an unchecked, optional consent box on one of our web forms and submitting your own mobile number.
- By telling a representative, on a recorded call, that you agree to receive text messages at the number you provided.
- By being an employee or the owner of Zen Community Services LLC and enrolling in internal operational alerts during onboarding.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Internal operational alerts are typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Customer service messages are sent in response to your own activity.
5. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them under your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
6. How to stop messages
STOP to any message to be removed immediately. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, or REVOKE. We will send one confirmation and then send you nothing further.Opting out of one program removes you from every Zen messaging program. To rejoin later, reply START.
7. How to get help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for support information, or email us at the address below.
8. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
9. Your mobile information is not shared
We share your mobile number only with the communications vendors that deliver the messages on our behalf, and only for that delivery. See our Privacy Policy.
10. Supported devices
Messages are supported on major United States carriers. Not all devices or carriers support every message type.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
